TEAM OWNER
Graham Rahal has been a part of the racing paddock since he was just a young boy - watching his father, Bobby Rahal, successfully race circuits around the world. In 2007, he climbed into the highest level of open-wheeled racing in the United States and quickly became the youngest race-winner at the time. Since his INDYCAR debut, Graham has secured six race wins and five poles. As a small business owner of several companies including Ducati franchises in Indianapolis and Cleveland, Graham has also left his footprint in the auto industry off the track. Together with his wife Courtney, Graham runs the Graham & Courtney Rahal Foundation - a 501c3 organization raising money for Turns For Troops / SoldierStrong and CSU’s One Cure.
TEAM PRINCIPAL
No stranger to motorcycle racing, Ben Spies is a racing legend with five AMA championships and one world superbike championship. Fueled by adrenaline, Spies began racing when he was just eight years old and retired in October 2013 at the age of 29.
Serving as team principal for the Rahal Ducati Moto team, Ben will be working closely with riders and team personnel, creating a cohesive work environment, and strategizing for success on and off the track, among many other duties.
TEAM MANAGER
Richie Alexander is a respected name in American motorcycle racing, with accomplishments both as a rider and team manager. As a competitor, he captured the 1998 AMA 750 Supersport Championship, showcasing his talent and determination.
Following his racing career, Richie transitioned into management, leading Michael Jordan Motorsports to multiple race wins and establishing the team as a top contender in the AMA paddock. He has since overseen several championship-winning campaigns and currently serves as Team Manager for Rahal Ducati Moto, continuing to shape the sport through his leadership.
Richie’s contributions, both on and off the track, have made him a key figure in the motorcycle racing community.
PROGRAM DIRECTOR
Britni Stewart started her career in motorsports in 2013 with Rahal Letterman Lanigan Racing through their hospitality initiatives. In 2015, she took on a full-time role with Bryan Herta Autosport, wearing many hats for the NTT IndyCar Series and Global Rally Cross teams, including client services, travel coordination, public relations, and social media. From 2016 through 2020, Britni helped lead Andretti Autosport’s public relations team, earning back-to-back Indianapolis 500 wins with Alexander Rossi in 2016 and Takuma Sato in 2017 and the Indy Lights Freedom 100 with Dean Stoneman in 2016. Britni also led strategic communications plans for Andretti Autosport, including the announcement of Steinbrenner Racing in Indy Lights and Marco Andretti’s STP-inspired livery for the Indy 500.
In 2020, she moved to Graham Rahal Brands as Rahal’s Brand Manager to oversee all personal sponsorships, social media, and business development. Just three years later, Rahal expanded his business to include Rahal Ducati Moto in the MotoAmerica Supersport class, a program Stewart developed from the ground up as Program Director.
Along with responsibilities at Rahal’s many companies, Stewart also leads the philanthropic efforts for the Graham and Courtney Rahal Foundation, supporting veterans and fighting to fund a cure for cancer.
